This place used to be ok but now is a nightmare. I have been lied to by management so many times I have lost count. The new management seems to be the worst by far!! The new lease basicly strips you of any legal rights and gives them absolute power.If you come here have the lease reviewed by a lawyer. The structure of this place is horrible, I can hear every step of my neigbors. There has been seveal car break-ins and dog waste every where. There is one small area for children but it is mostly a litter box for pets.I have witnessed drug use in the parking lot and some shady people lerking about.The only thing good about this place is location. If you want to use your cell phone here, good luck!! I have also learned that the owners reside in a US unfriendly country, That makes me feel unpartiotic to live here but I am looking. Parking here is a total nightmare,Even the reserved spots get taken over by visitors making it even more frustrating. The exercise room has broken equipment making for a safety hazard. This place has a lot of issues and I believe it will only become worse.
