Where do I begin' I have lived in a 2-bedroom as well as a 1-bedroom. I only stayed because I had two days to make a decision and couldn't get out to find another palce to live. This place has a serious roach problem. There is never any parking. I have a "reserved" parking space which equates to park wherever you want because my spot is always taken. The appliances are older than I am. There are a ridiculous amount of aggressive breed dogs everywhere. The parking lot smells like a toilet because no one cleans up the mountains of dog excrement. Make sure you live on the third floor or you will have to listen to every move your neighbor upstairs and beside you makes. The dumpster is always full and smells worse than anything I've ever smelled. The office staff seems to care about what you're saying when you tell them, yet do nothing about it or address the issue months later. The only cell company that has service out here is Nextel so go ahead and set up your home phone service when you move in. The buildings are old and the outside needs some serious pressure washing or something. I cannot begin to tell you how unsafe I feel living by myself. There are way too many sketchy people lurking around this place. There is a reason this place is called "Sedgehood Green." Stay away!!
