prices are in line w/ surrounding area & complex has good appearance, BUT you will be nickel & dimed by managers over little things. Some assigned parking, but a hassle for guests - towing. There are a lot of dogs (barking & waste are issues) & can hear everything from neighbors.

I'm responding to your review about the managment of Sedgewood. I FULLY agree that anyone who lives here will be nickel and dimed over stupid things. My lease is up soon and I decided not to renew. I provided to them a written notice of non-renewal/termination and since I did not give a specific move out date (which is not even an issue in the lease; it just says you need to provide "written notice of termination") they are now trying to say a over a month later that my letter was not sufficient and that I am responsible for 60 days rent from this date. In essence, I'm having to pay for pro-rated rent for the rest of the month that my lease ends in b/c I didn't give a specific date. When clearly in the lease, that is not required. So, unless you like bickering and spending more than you should have to, I wouldn't suggest living here.
