This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The "hood" factor has increased by about 75% in the past year. This is a nice area of Raleigh, until you come down the hill into Sedgehood Green. I cannot wait until I finally get out of this place. The office staff is very friendly though, but they need to do more to this complex. Perhaps oneday someone will be able to clean this place up and put some TLC into it.

Yeah I got a new neighbor in '04 who kept getting arrested. He also knocked on my door at all hours of the day asking for rides
