I live here for a year and a half and couldn't wait to get out so i just paid for two apartments just to not live there... The staff was almost always helpful and i became friends with the maintanace guys so never issues there. However we did experience a roach problem but not with the german ones but the two inch outdoor ones.... eww. anyway, it looks very rundown like it hasn't been cleaned. they also tried making me pay for tearing up the carpet (almost $1000.00 because it smelled when we moved, well lemme tell you it smelled worse when we moved in and we cleaned and burned pet odor candles and it smelled 10x better by the time we moved, so it wasn't us... whatever... the master bed. in the 3bdrm is great, but the other two are not... pantry storage in the kitchen sucks and there is only enough cabinet space if you have a set of 4 of everything- 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 bowls etc. there are parties every weekend and i don't get weekends off, i am up at 6am every weekend, so SHUT UP!! i also got no service, i think it's a conspiracy to pay for either nextel or bellsouth... i couldn't leave there fast enough!!! on top of everything, my spouses car was tolen from the parkinglot... very unsafe place.
