After having such a terrible experience and getting nowhere, I felt compelled to write this review. Not only is the gym a wreck (nothing works right), the response I've gotten from the office staff twice now has been terrible. The first time I called was with a problem with my heater -- it was making a horrible noise -- no callback, no nothing. Today I called about a huge treebranch (probably 15 feet long) that I had moved a week ago AWAY from my carport and my brand new car was back again, completely across the sidewalk and into my carport -- about six inches from my car. I called -- no response. So I went to the office only to be told by the lady they would check into it -- she said it was probably the kids. As I'm walking to my car, she ran out into the parking lot to tell me it was out of their control and it was the landscaping people's fault. I ended up having to move the branch myself (don't worry -- it'll be back over there against my car tomorrow probably) and got mud all over a new shirt and pants -- all because they couldn't be bothered to walk over for 5 minutes and move it somewhere out of the way. I'll post any followups here, but at this point I wouldn't recommend this place.
