It was nice when I arrived, but the management has changed about 7 times in 3 years, and each one has had their own policies. They have been able to screw over their tenants by stating that they will not honor the past procedures of the former managers, or by stating that they are ignorant of past policies. I've had my car towed by the management, unexpected "inspections" of my apartment, and a been exposed to a complete lack of understanding, competance, or compassion by the management. And, its an overpriced dump. STAY AWAY FROM SEDGEWOOD GREEN, NOW CALLED CONCORD APARTMENTS!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I lived there in the same time range as you. The building next to me was struck by lightning and they left the roof chared and black (plus humungous hole) with a huge dumpster sitting beside it for over a year!

Do you Know the company that own sedgwood green they have falsly put on my credit report that I owe them monies after I moved out
