They are renovating this place and that is a step in the right direction. I live there now and will leave when my lease is up in august. Once the sun goes down I DO NOT go out into the parking lot. One night i was walking into my apartment and found two young teenagers walking through the parking lot with a baseball bat. I have never seen a baseball field near this apartment- but I really don't play that much baseball. So they could have been leaving from a game.....at 10:00 at night.

The neighbors are nice- in that they don't yell and scream too much. There are a lot of children and if you leave your windows open in the afternoon you can hear them hanging out in the parking lot.

I got my car towed one night when it had a valid parking decal. I told management and they switched towing services within that month- so that was a great response.

Tiffany is the new manager and she has a good head on her shoulders. I like her- she gets things done! Bob and the other maintenance guy- carlos I think is his name' They are awesome too. They are always quick to fix my problems- and I really haven't had any to speak of.

All in all- this place is well priced and you get what you pay for....and in many cases- more.

I would say this is the best value of an apartment in the area.
