when we moved in we were looking for a safe and comortable place. I have had my car radio stolen, the streets and parking lots are full of drug dealers. you will not feel safe unless you are in your apt. Our neighbor was held up at gunpoint at 8:00 on a friday. they were robbed by three young men who. shady cars are commonly parked and thugs and blood-crip wannabees prevent you from driving your car easily in or out of complex. the staff is nice, the property is ok. but you just as well live in the ghetto. not a proffesional neighborhood but good if you like thugs and illegals. you would not feel safe to come home after dark! lk

i agree that gut who got rob was one of my friends this place is hell on wheels and i wish that i had the money to break the lease because i would luckly my lease will be up in august and then i can get out of what seems to be a small community that need to be in durham people please don't believe the staff why don't u talk to some of the people who live there first and they will be the people to ask about the community |
