We are making arrangements to transfer but I just wanted to write about how my experience has been this year. We love the location above all else of this community. The convenience to shopping and getting to other cities is great. We pay a great price on rent in comparison to some of the neighboring communities. I have enjoyed the atmosphere of the community although not too many neighbors are overly friendly. The community is beautifully laid out, lots of trees, buildings spread out, etc. We have had no maintenance issues so we are fortunate in this aspect, our appliances were not new but they have worked well since we have been here. All in all, the staff has been pleasant, a couple of them wave when they are walking around the property each morning which is a nice touch.
