There is a new management company that took over recently... When I first moved in (around May 07) I had a lot of noise problems and people were just randomly hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer or talking on their cell phones in middle of the night. It was really uncomfortable. Now it is a lot better, I haven't had any noise complaints over the last few months. They were quick to respond when I first reported the noise issues, but at first it didn't do much good. It wasn't until they started telling people they would be kicked out for the noise that something started happening.
The only issues I have now is that the apartments are old and you can hear everything through the ceiling. If they walk you can hear them, if they talk loudly you can hear them. If they open the sliding door to the porch you can hear them.
If you move in, I hope you have docile neighbors! Also, they are trying to work on a roach infestation. Mostly they are outside, but I have had a few inside as well. They recently switched to a new exterminator, I haven't seen much of a change yet.
Rent price and location are great! The maintanance staff and management are very friendly.
Although it seems that when you see the management, even if its more than once in a week, you are a still a complete stranger to them. But still very friendly!

My boyfriends car was broken into about a week ago while we were on vacation! Wow I feel safe. (Sarcasm)

Did I mention I can't wait until my lease is up'!'

Although the conditions seem bad, they are trying to make improvements!
