I moved there in '06 and could not wait for my lease to be over. Definently not a family place. People were loud all night every night. Outside of apartment buildings were disgusting and needed to be washed. I was there when there was a fire in one of the buildings and that was a complete fiasco. Management did not handle that appropiately, only sent out a letter claiming no fault. I paid my rent on time and was a great tenant, but the staff was still so rude for no reason. Staff was nice before I leased and then after I signed the lease, turned ugly. The maintenance staff was very nice and fixed everything in a very timely manner. Rent was reasonable, but you get what you pay for.

I was there when the fire happened too. Luckily, my lease ended the same month and I got the hell outta there.
