We signed a one year and will not be renewing. While touring other apartment complexes last weekend, we learned that this is the ONLY complex is Raleigh that has an age restriction on dogs. NO PUPPIES! Every complex we toured also had people laying out by the pool although the pool was not yet open. Today, I tried to lay out here and the gate was locked and I was told that the gate could not be unlocked until the pool opens in mid May. You pay lots of money to live here and they have too many crazy, stupid rules. The walls are thin and you can hear the people above you walking, flushing the toilet, rocking the bed. There are big bugs (yes, roaches) in the apartments. You have assigned parking and yes, this does create a problem although the girls in the office will tell you it doesnt. I agree with you! The leasing office are total a--holes. The girls there suck! They are only nice until you move in, then they are bothered by everything you ask. Parking sucks. So many HUGE bugs. You get what you pay for here. Absolute S***
