I love my place and was fortunate enough to get one of the renovated units so I have a dishwasher. Parking is never a problem, and my maintenance and pest control requests have been honored/taken care of. The places are really old though so I have problems like horrible cell phone reception, and bad sealing of windows and doors that let out my heat and A/C.
The grounds are well-kept and it is a pretty neighborhood, especially for apartments. You can't beat the price for the location, it is a shame they are tearing them down!!

I've been living there for a year and just renewed for another six months. It sickens me that they are gonna tear them down but who can blame the owners with the 1.4mil dollar monstrosities they're building on Oberlin - Will miss living in the five points area - Too bad everything is just so expensive.
I love the feel I get from my place, to me it is like living in my own home - Sure there are problems like the shower head is too low and I can hear/feel the place shake when the neighbors are doing laundry but for the $$ you can't beat the serenity I get from living in a quiet neighborhood - I only hope my next place is as nice as this one
