You can expect a stellar review after mine, the management never fails at that. Keeping tenants happy and the place in good repair is an afterthought.
Don 't agree to the 3 month free lease offer, you end up paying more for poor service. Don 't get stuck like I did.
Pro:
-Celings are tall, giving a sense of space
-Decent parking (until the complex fills up).
-Lots of windows!
Con:
-Office personnel do not care about you, only your money; when asked about crime in the area, the office attendant tried to re-direct the question away from the issue.
-Shoddly built, looks like it was slapped together.
-My building is supposedly 6 years old, yet it looks poor on the out/inside.
-Air ducts are EXTREMELY dirty and filled with garbage.
-The master bedroom is smaller than the 2nd or 3rd room.
-Sliding closet doors are flimsy and easily come off their tracks.
-Fixtures and switches are nonintuitive and located in the least convenient places.
-Floors and walls are thin and any sound from the apt above can be heard below.
-NO insulation to speak of, energy bills through the roof!
-Wooden stairs are thin enough that all sound from traffic filters through to the apts below.
-When the apt was freshened between residents (before my move in) the painters covered everything but the windows.
-Make sure that the carpet is replaced, don't take their word for it.
-Check to make sure that the telephone wiring is good, as some apartments have crosstalk and allows you to listen in on others conversations and even respond!
You can always expect a stellar review from the management every time there is a negative one. Like clockwork. No one enjoys living there, except of course the people who get paid to do so. Don't rent there, it's a fools errand.

The office staff isn't allowed to tell you the crime rate. They will lie, because they want you as a resident. But you can call the police department and they can share the crime rate with you. It was not the staffs fault that time.
