DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

There is a problem with these apartments that have fireplaces b/c cockroaches are getting in the apartments by these means in the summer. And also the crack under the front door that is not well sealed during the whole year. We have made many complains, and when I mean many...its a LOT. It wasn't till we took a dead cockroach to the office that we actual got some type of reponse on the matter. The woman told us that we did not have to do that, but guess what it was the ONLY way to get her to do something about the matter.

TO MAKE MATTERS WORST: My boyfriend one night was sitting in the livingroom with me watching tv when he jumped up faster then I have ever since, as he is beating his neck and head while yelling. A roach was on him. Talk about nasty!!!!!!! This place has sicken me to death!!!!!!!! And to be frank with anyone reading this, I am a very clean person who is well-educated so I DO NOT keep a dirty place.

ANY PLACE IS BETTER THEN THIS!!!!!!!!!! The bug problem is not the only one, there a long list of other problems too. EXAMPLES: NOISE outside your bedroom at all hrs, the air-condition does not work well, as a result of poor heating and cooling you have higher elec bills, small hot water heaters so the hot water does not last more then a few minutes...BOTTOM-LINE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! You will be happy that you listen to me.
