I was been in the rental industry, so I know how things should work. It's amazing that this place is still in business. I am in the new phase on the property and I'll admit that the apartments are in good condition - except for the fact that a smoker lived here before and the place is still 'yellowed' and smelly & we have some 30 something party girls below us that don't realize that they live in an apartment community - but the staff (mainly the office staff) are incredibly rude, not friendly in the least bit, always have attitudes - if I've seen them smile once.. it was when I forked over a bunch of money when we moved in here. I am so glad my lease is up in a few months... Although Barton's Landing is older and not as nice, I would recommend that place way before I ever mentioned this place to someone that was looking. At least the staff over there is nice, accomidating and they seem to care about their residents.

I just hate renting for this reason. It's like we have to be greatful to the stupid ------- at the leasing office for living here. Whatever - I pay your salary!

Don't move in - you can find better, trust me (and numerous other people I know that live here feel the same way).
