While most of these reviews sound terrible, consider this, do you think those that are happy with the place will really think about sitting down at a computer to write a good review' I mean most of us only think of doing so when we are unhappy with a situation or product. How many times do you go out of the way to fill out a "happy" comment card'
I do not live at Cumberland, but am thinking of moving there due to pet policy and rent.
