Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Apartment was in very rough shape. Toliet has leaked for 4 month. Fixed 3 time and then replace and still it leaks. Seen 2 people locked out and no one calls back from the emergency line. I'm upgrading as soon as my lease is up.
