Hi and welcome to Cumberland Cove. Check out our two sparkling pools...oh, I'm sorry, they're both closed again. Seems to be one or the other is always closed. Well, maybe you'd like to relax in the spa adjacent to the clubhouse. Too bad - that hasn't been functioning since 2003 with the exception of maybe 4 days in 2004. The good news is, the spa by the lake functions 50% of the time. Thought you'd spend Memorial Day by the pool'! It opens at 9:00 and you arrive at 11:00, but it's not open. Sorry, the maintenance guy actually paid to take care of the pools hasn't been around yet. Maybe call management and complain' Don't waste your time - I've called and left her several messages, none of which she ever bothered to return. Just ignored them. If you want to cool off at Cumberland Cove, you'll have to take a cold shower...
