Yes, from the outside looking in, Cumberland Cove apartments seems to be a great place to live. But once your toilets start overflowing on a daily basis, and your air conditioning stops working, oohh about 6 times a year, when it is 95 degrees outside, and about 1000 degrees in your third floor apt, the bathroom fan doesnt work, and the pools and "sparkling spas" are NEVER open, you begin to realize this place is run by a bunch of unprofessional, unintelligent, idiots! Yes theyll befriend you to get you to sign the lease and then shortly after, youre ignored. Definitely dont rent here!
