I have been at Cumberland Cove for about 6 months now & my experience has been for the most part OK. It is quite & seems to have a lot of professionals, families & very few students. Next to the lake, for me a plus. Grounds not littered w/ trash & it people in my section curb their animals well. The office ladies could be a little more friendly at times. Have had issues with roaches/water bugs - may be because next to the lake''
There were a few issues when we moved in - painter doesn't spend much time preping his area - paint on the mirror, door knobs etc. FOr the most part, they have been prompt with repairs.
