I moved down here from New York. My room mate and I were told we were getting a lake-view apartment, top floor, in the newer apartments. One week before we moved we got a call that those residents weren't moving out so they placed us in "just as nice apartment, just a little further from the lake." Well we were 11 buildings from the lake, in the OLDER apartments. Can you say cockroaches everywhere' I know it's warm and no matter how clean you are you can still have them but this place is gross. There's not enough parking and it doesn't feel safe. We're 2, mid-20's females and the lighting in the parking lot is awful. They pretty much let anyone live there.
