No Problems At All, Would Reccomend To All...

I have been a resident of Cumberland Cove Apartments (both older and newer buildings) since March 2003. I agree that the newer buildings are nicer/ larger/ better than the older units. Maintenance has never been an issue. The faucet in the kitchen needed to be replaced. After letting the leasing office know about it, it was taken care of quickly. The staff at the leasing office has always been very friendly, and I have never had a problem with any of the neighbors. Sometimes, you are able to hear the neighbors above walking around, but that is just apartment living.

I am unfortunately moving out in August (moving in to a house with the girlfriend), but would reccomend Cumberland Cove to anyone.
