I have lived at Cumberland Cove for one year. I highly recommend the new side. The units are roomy, well designed, with nice fixtures in the kitchen & bathrooms. The grounds are nice, generally quiet. They USED to have a problem with pet waste all over the sidewalks, but have cracked down and imposed fines to owners who do not clean up after their dogs. The sidewalks are once again clean, whew! There is a pet deposit, but no monthly pet rent. My experience with the maintenance staff has been excellent - they come the day of the call, or within two days if it is not an emergency. Also, there are NO BUGS. I negotiated a rent discount, so I am very pleased with the cost, but I would say the advertised prices are comparable for the market. I almost rented on the older side - they are not nearly as roomy or nice, but they are less expensive.
