I lived in the 'old section' with my preschool daughter and spent 2 1/2 peaceful years there. The maintenance is excellent -- I would call it in the morning and it was done when I came home from work. Most of the residents are first-job-out-of-college twenty-somethings and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet. I never had a noise complaint the entire time I lived there. Living near the lake is excellent and the fitness center, pool, etc are nice. I felt very safe. The crew does a nice job with the landscaping so it has a nice garden feel.
