Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived there for about six months (3150 Hidden Pond)and i loved it. I stayed there with a friend until I could get my own place after I separated from my husband. The staff was somewhat friendly, the maintenance staff was great. We had a problem with our heater, and had to use the emergency heat, and I brought it to the attention of the staff, and they paid half of our power bill. I just wanted a portion of it paid, I wasn't gonna argue their option.
My brothers have lived there (brookmont and cumberland creek) and they seem to love it. They actually lived in the building that had a fire in it a year ago. The staff immediately put them up in a furnished apartment and then re-signed their lease at the rate their old apartment was. They were nice enough to not raise their rent when they moved to the newer phase. I loved the layout of the older apartment, but wow, this new apartment is so much more open. If their rent was cheaper, I might consider moving back. But I would need a 3 bedroom, and the rent on those are way up there. But you definitely pay for the apartment, they are great value.
