Very nice development and perfect price for the area

We have lived at Cumberland Cove for almost two years in the newer apartments, we moved in site unseen to a 2BR apt. and it was wonderful. Great size and layout. The maintenance people change the air filters every few months and do routine pest spraying (it is the South) and come very quickly when you need something fixed. Before our lease was up we looked at other apartments around the area and found nothing better for the price so we stayed at moved up to a 3BR, that is how much we liked the complex. The lake is great and the pools are fairly nice in the summer, only had a few problems with drinking at the pools and some teenagers causing trouble. You are required with a pet lease to leash and pick up after your pet but it is hard for maintenance to monitor and enforce, they do provide doggy bags all around the complex however, and we personally always pick up after our dog. It is noisy sometimes above you, but depends on the tenant. Only heard of a few crimes or vandalism but nothing major or frequent. You can tell some of the construction hasn't been done with the best quality, but we haven't had anything break or not work properly.
