Stay far away - and wear a hard hat if you decide to visit

The buildings are ok from an appearance standpoint, but they are poorly insulated. The property manager on-site has 0 people skills and will not work to fix much of anything. During a calm day/evening with NO WIND, a tree fell on our new car. The office staff laughed when we talked with them about it - we were told BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER that she was not responsible for her tree and that it wouldn't matter if the tree had hit a person. When we voiced concern/unhappiness about the way she was 'handling' us, she said that she didn't care and she was used to dealing with 'bitchy' people. The trees break and fall "ALL THE TIME" according to her and it isn't a concern for the property.
Further, maintenace staff is rude when entering your apartment WITHOUT notice - as required by the lease. There was one maint lady who was very nice to us, but the majority of them are unpleasant at best and soooooo rude when entering your unit.
The goose poop is ridiculous and absent the rainshowers, it would never be cleaned.
The only good thing about the property is its proximity to Lake Lynn, but there are a dozen other properties that border the lake - go with one of them.
