I moved to NC in 2004 after my mother passed. Ive lived at Cumberland Cove the entire time. The staff has always been friendly and polite. Including going out of their way to be helpful, informative , or just plain nice. In 2008 Dec'on christmas day my water heater started leaking, I called Maintence and had someone there within 15 mins. Grounds are always kept Clean, never any trash buildup. lawns are mowed, doorways cleaned of spiderwebs etc.I have a small dog, Leash and poop rules are in effect, Bags are provided. My neighbors are friendly.. I have nothing really negative to say aside from the fact that I live on the older side of the development and its a little aged.
I would recommend living here , so i have!

I am very happy that you have not had to work with management to address any real issues. It's awesome to be able to live there without having to pay hundreds of dollars to take care of problems caused by the neglect and indifference of the ridiculously terrible management staff.
