The staff is beyond courteous or friendly or very helpful. They smile, assess your wealth and can't be bothered. If you stand around long enough you'll hear a lot of LIES and dealings. Seems for one person you can pay about $559 for a single to $759 (they size matters - not really, it's what you do and how much you make). I know people paying $670 and more for an old single while they're up front leasing a double for $599. Please look out for the new vs old buildings. They'll promise you a new at a reasonable price, but when you go to move in... suddenly it's not available, but an old place is... for the same price. Right. Oh, but we cannot do anything about that - policy.

Cannot keep the facilities working. Gym has 4 broken pieces of equipment when they only have 7 pieces. No one can keep either pool gates working and it's "oh well" when you ask with your family standing there.

And events should not be considered. Doubt if they spend more than $25 on any "community" event.

And yes, the maintenance people walk in "any time they want" and are rude as*h*****. Cannot get around that fact. But remember, policy.

Wow, an authentic review - I wonder if someone from the property will post a glowing review in the next 7-10 days... Sorry your experience sucked - ours did too... Definitely a good idea to avoid this place - at least until management changes (or is recalled to the netherworld from which they sprang)...

Wouldn't tell any one to move to these apartments bc they just sell you a dream. They only thing I enjoy were my neighbors. The office staff is very rude especially Samantha. She like's to get in your personal life which is not cool don't know where she gets her information from. The manager is rude to and nosy himself. I had to put them in their place several times. Couldn't be comfortable staying their bc I didn't know if some one would walk through my front door. They have huge spiders & have roaches. Probably seen roaches since I was in the old building. They complain about the smallest things like kids drawing with chalk trying to say its graffiti which is crazy!!! Also you'll see poop everywhere bc of the Gooses they don't clean up after them.

I'm currently residing in an older building at CC. They sold me a dream deal. Now that I am living here, I have found that the people in the office are extremely rude and don't want to care for the residents apartments. My apartment has been falling apart around me and has lots of bugs. Please be careful in making your decision to live here.
