One word----TERRIBLE. I only lived there for 9 months and I was counting the days before my lease was up. Apartments are old and in desperate need of remodeling. When I first moved in, there was a hole that looked like someone put their fist through it in my bedroom. Toilet was broken, had to be fixed 3 times for broken chains and handles. The apartments have poor insulation; during the winter time my roommate's room would be freezing and mine would be like a sauna.

Also, office staff very unknowledgeable. Each time I spoke with a different person, I received a different response to the same question. This made it very hard for my roommate and I when we were trying to figure out how to sublet out one of our rooms.

Pool and fitness room are just as bad. The one time I went to the pool the entire year it was so dirty I wouldn't even dip my feet in it. My friend and I were working out in the fitness room before and found a condom wrapper on the water machine.

My advice to anybody looking at this apartment, don't fall into the trap we did! Everything looks nice, grounds are pretty, but you can find a more reasonably priced apartment that's way newer with less the headaches! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
