Moved in August, love my place. Neighbors are very friendly, but then again so am I, so that probably makes it easier. I've hung out with 3 of them and met 6! I've got a wooded view, top floor, fireplace and vaulted ceilings and the place is awesome. It's been completely renovated down to the walls (guess those are pretty hard to replace) --- new cabinets, new stove, new fridge, new counters, new sink, new vinyl, new carpet! I pay more than some people ($75) to have the new stuff but if you want new you gotta pay for it! Whoever complains about the old stuff, quit b*tchin and pay for the upgrade -- its so worth it! You get what you pay for. I had to call maintanence to get a blind tiller replaced and they were there the next day! This place is cool, WAY cool, not perfect, but then again I'm not asking for perfect. Keep up the good work guys! By the way, if any one wants to email me for any questions, then feel free, hope this proves I'm not mgt for the pessimistic.

wait till things start to break and they dont show up to fix them ontime. wait till your lease is up and you want to extend it for a couple of months and inspite of they having a provision in the lease that it can go month to month, they deny you an extra couple of months for some lame reason.
