To the misguided soul who posted the previous "review" of Dominion Walnut Creek -
"Are you blind'''''" is a more of an appropriate question to be asking you, actually.

"I have lived at Walnut Creek for 3 months now."
And therein lies the problem. The first 6 months to a year will be fine. Just wait. They reel you in and spit you out. You say they were so accommodating to move you in quickly' Why exactly do you think that is' Because you're a swell person' Not likely. I have seen most of those apartments sitting vacant for over six months. The truth of the matter is they couldn't wait to get you in so they could make some money.

"I don't think that you have taken out the time to look at all of the work that has been done on this property in the last 2 months."
Yes, the LAST TWO MONTHS. Are you an idiot' All these reviews are talking about problems that have existed. Just because they're NOW doing work on the places doesn't take away from the fact that they sat as run-down pieces of ---- up until this point and the staff/management didn't give a ---- about it's residents.

"When you live in an apartment or a home, things happen. Things break and leak and bust. Who are you going to yell at when your hot water heater brusts--- your mommy."

No, actually when you live in an apartment complex - believe it or not - the management is responsible for such things, not my mommy. When the cheap ass water heaters have not been replaced (along with the rest of the appliances) since the 1980's, I'd say it's a big problem and one of the main causes as to WHY they burst. Don't think a leaky roof is a big deal' Wait until the roof opens up over your entertainment center. Somehow I think you'll be a bit more worried over that one.

Oh, and by all means...enjoy your "lovely" -------- while I enjoy my nice new house.
