I have had no major complaints for the first four months of my lease. However, it is becoming unaccecptable that I have had maintenance come multiple times now for the same problem and still have the same malfunction! My neighbors are somewhat noisy, but come on...it's an apartment complex in a college area; you're gonna have noise.
