There was a murder here a couple of months ago, yet they still raised the rent!

You can live here if you are partying college student, but if you want a nice place to live with a mature look...this is not the place. The worst thing is that for most of the apts, the rent is about $800/month. Not worth it!!!! Drive 5 miles somewhere else and you will find better places for your money.

Also, the mangement office staff all seem so non-chalant when you need to get something fixed. You have to remind them at least a dozen times before they even do something about it. They all look like over-tanned 40 year olds who dress like they are 21. But that's besides the point...my point is that they really dont seem to care if a tenant is upset. I have needed at least fifteen things replaced in my apt...and for each one i had to hassle them about it constantly!

Cars also get broken into here all the time. and the manintence guys play poker at night and drink beer in their small garage..which is open for the whole world to see that they are drinking at their job (24 hour maintence my WHATEVER....they drink beer and play poker)...

But dont move here because there was a murder in this apt complex...not a safe place to live.

It's a sad world when we can't live somewhere safe, but people get murdered all the time. That is awful to think that, but it happens. I have been here for almost six years and seen all kinds of things and that's called life. As for the office staff, I think they are all under forty and a couple look barely out of college. You sound like you might be a little jealous. I know one of the service guys and have played cards with him and some of my friends. He does not drink alcohol, he drinks soda. The rest of the staff doesn't play and what he does on his own time is his business. I have had problems in my apartment and it's always been taken care of. Just remember, it's 24 hour emergency, not working 24 hours.

Things like this can happen anywhere at any property. If you can find your perfect apartment property where everything is so great, let us know.
