High Crime Rate, Worthless Staff, Dangerous Area

Don't make the same mistake I did. I saw several negative reviews and took them as a couple of bad experiences, not true. Every negative review you see here is completely with merit. Just in a year I have seen 7 car break ins, JUST IN MY PARKIN LOT!!! When I moved in I expected certain things, frequent loud parties, people peeling out at all hours, and a random criminal occurence every once in awhile, it's an apartment I understand, but I can only take so much. I finally reached my breaking point when one break in(just one week after another) caused a fire which seriously damaged 3 cars, nearly caught the building on fire, and could have done much worse. When asked about their tennants security and safety based on the frequency of break ins, the concerned(pardon my laughing) staff at Dominions' response was, "I'm sorry, but that's the world we live in". They care nothing about anything more than your rent check, their clubhouse, or their pool(which is closed half the summer due to their lack of control and security). Higher rent is well worth it at other locations where you don't have to stay up all night patrolling your parking lot. Stay away from this place, it's unsafe and run by the most incompetent bunch of morons imaginable. Everything is "Awesome" according to Ashley in the office, but the dozens of victims in this complex beg to differ.
