I, like others, have no affiliation with the management or staff in the leasing office but have had no bad experiences, as far as not enough to freak out like some have obviously done in the past few postings. I've been in a one bedroom here, now a two bedroom. I've had a few problems in my two bedroom, a few different leaks, one pretty serious leak, a couple of things not working correctly and a few different bugs in my apartment. I also realize that this complex is about 20 years old. And considering it's location, there will be a few things people aren't gonna be crazy about. As far as the "safety" thing goes, some of my friends out here have had their car broken into, but upon hanging out at some of the local bars pretty regularly and meeting people at other complexes, they've all had the same problems. The maintenance team has always been very quick to fix problems that I've had and very efficient in doing so. The staff in the office have always been very generous, caring, personable, understanding, apologetic if there has been problems. I've not had one problem with any of the girls or guys in the office. And I've seen a couple staff turnovers but yet nothing as changed as far as the way they treat me or most others that I come in contact with. I understand everyone has a bad experience from time to time so these postings are understandable, but I just think people probably get what they give. If you think it's a terrible staff, good chance you haven't been the best person towards them I can only imagine. When it comes to being safe here, I've never been scared or nervous at my apartment. I come in very late from work, sometimes 2-4am and never hurry inside. It's a fairly safe place, I know there was a murder and a few other things happen, but it's to be expected with the kinda folks we have roaming the world today. It sucks for sure but no reason to bash different complexes for something out of their control. All things aside, I recommend this place to understanding, mature, non-sheltered people who are not still under their parents wings. Grow up and enjoy life. Dominion is a cool place.
