The worst apartment management

The absolutely worst management. Not helpful and a pain to deal with. Unreliable maintenance. Looks are deceiving. Very worn out inside. The pool was always "closed for service". Children were running all over the streets, in and out of breezeways. Walls are thin. Outrageous utility bills. Carpet smells like mold. Appliances are old. Some of my neighbors apartments were in worse shape than mine. Worse; my car was stolen! Moved the day my lease was up. Think twice before moving into a "Dominion" complex.
