Im a current resident and im sick of tired of dealing with this place. I ve had more then one peeping tom, I walk out my front door to a dumpster. My neighbors leave there trash and belongings in the breezways for days, I think I ve counted over 10 bags before. Residents allow there animals to use the bathroom on the stairs and breezways. There are constantly cops and ambulances in the community. It really ticks me off because the property has such potential and I pay $600 a month for a one bedroom dump. It seems there just letting anyone move in. The pool is absolutely disgusting. You look down and just see gobs of hair floating in the pool, trash all over the place, the tiles need to be cleaned and im pretty sure that maintenance doesn t come to check the chemicals on the weekend more less even smile or say hi to residents. The office acts as if they will take care of your problems rite away and honestly they could careless. I would be ashamed to say I worked here. I will be leaving as soon as my lease it up.
