Phew! I can definitely agree with some of these other reviews! Cars broken into, parties, and a few loud people, but now that the Property Manager (----) is gone, things seem to be shaping up....a little. At least I have actually been called back. Maintenance is great...or at least for me it has been. Office staff....some are lazy, but some are pleasant. It seems to be about the same everywhere else I have been too. Although management turnover is RIDICULOUS! I wish they had some sort of security measure though. How many years have cars been getting broken into'! Including mine'!'! I know that they FINALLY got mine fingerprinted (thanks ------!) So maybe things are looking up for Dominion @ Walnut Creek. Who knows!

Not really. I have a HORRIBLE new neighbor. He moved in with his buddy. He's not on the rental agreement, so they didn't even know he was there. In the last 8 weeks I've called the police about him 3 times and his girlfriend did once. My 8 year old son came up to me the day after the police nearly broke down his door and asked me "do we need to be quiet since the guy downstairs had a bad night? I mean, Daddy, even I know when the cops tell me to put my hands in the air to do it. What does 'fu**ing' mean anyway?" I called the cops this time, and they came out because of noise and then after they left, the idiot stood outside his apartment on his phone yelling to his friends with a bottle in hand, about how he was going to "f--- up the white boy upstairs". I can't WAIT to get out of that place.
