This is the quit possibly the worst apartment community I had ever lived in. I have to admit, the office was nice and friendly when I moved in but failed on allot of things to tell me. I moved in a apartment here on a great special. I should have known from the special they gave me. The time I was there, I complained numerous times about flooding coming in my apartment from outside my front door. Also I couldn't get to my apartment on really rainy days without walking through the woods. Needless to say they put a little rubber mat outside as if that was suppose to fix my problem. Didn't work to well. Over my long 8 months there car after car after car was broken into. I kept asking the office what I should do. Well it was funny the same week I asked, they said we have police patrolling the area. 6 cars in once week. Are you kidding me!! Yeah mine was on that list, so I guess i am a little bias to say the least. This place was costing me a fortune to live at now. Not in rent!!! After refusing to even think about renewing I moved out at the end of my lease. Of course after this community had sucked me dry. They send me a little letter with a small balance of $800.00. I was like you have to be kidding me. I was charged for carpet replacement that was destroyed by flooding outside my apartment. Wait it was flooding on the inside as well I forgot to mention my water heater that burst and maint. Wouldn t come out till Monday to fix. I called on Friday. I mean you don't have to take my word about this place. Just know, why the rent might be cheap, it s the small costs that occur unexpectedly while you are living there. Don't say I didn't warn you.
