I have been moving around Raleigh since I came to the area, never more than a year lease and never renewing because the place is never something I feel good calling HOME. Just this weekend I renewed at Dominion. I have found my HOME. I love my apartment!
-The staff is nice, Carrie remembered my name, all of my info and even my cat s name from the first time I met with her.
-The new manager (I forget her name) is nice too, she took care of a filthy neighbor of mine.
-The landscaping is pleasant with all the trees and flower beds scattered about (don t blame the community for the litter left about, that is a resident problem, they do what they can to keep the mess down. Instead of nagging about it bend your but over and pick up something!)
-It is close to everything Downtown, Cary, NCSU, Highway, Shopping, but you are still set off to the side so you don t get through traffic or highway noise.
-My favorite part is the apartment itself. Although it is an older community it has a very open floor plan that makes it look like there is more sq. ft. of space. Kitchens could use an upgrade but functional. Vaulted ceilings! Bay window! Big deck! Ceiling fan! Unique style! LOVE IT!!

Yes you will be around college kids depending on your building but that is part of the NCSU area beast. People complain about crime but my building has not had problems (knock on wood). We must remember people Crime has no address, no one can promise anyone else s safety.

Overall I recommend Dominion. It has been good to me.
