I am always amazed to see the positive reviews written by management (3 in a row this time). So, here is the real story (in my personal opinion) for all you soon to be resident's of Walnut Creek. First, many years ago, we had an apartment manager named Judy Wade and she was terrific. Compared to now, she was the "Donald Trump" of Apartment managers...in other words, she got things done. Our management staff has turned over at least twice in a few years (and by that, I mean everyone in the front office). Forget about placing a request to fix anything--count on at least a week, if not more. Safety is a real joke, for all you parents paying rent for your college students. The lighting to me seems poor, and if you request a security light to be fixed, again plan on never. One pleasant office staff member replied to me, "I haven't had time to get to your request yet--this was two days later. I would be fired from my job, if I told people "I haven't had time yet--2 days later). Oh by the way....it currently has been 5 days and still no response for my latest request. Also, this is a fact....A murder a few years ago right out here (you would think security lighting would be a priority). Check the Raliegh police records, if you doubt this...Also, you may want to plan on your car being broken into a few times as mine has been...Waste some money on a security watchperson, Mr. Bell. Oh and as for their pet policy...All the big breed dogs and bulldogs you could want...Their own website says that this dog is banned. I've seen people with two bulldogs in their 700 sq foot apartment. If you don't believe the incredible amount of crime in this area just check the raleigh police reports, and you will be amazed at the number of break ins and the murder back 2 or 3 years ago. Oh and the community is not as it seems in the pictures....cigarettes everywhere and your kids will love the pool ( Just bring a bar of soap). Cigarette smoke, beer, petty teenage fights and an overloaded pool of people who seemingly want to show off their cellulite ridden bodies. Please install a mirror out there so everyone can see that beer and drinking can cause the body to bloat like a beached whale. Walnut Creek is a dump in my opinion, and the only manager they ever had that did anything is now gone...

Okay you're saying some things that may be creditable, but are washing that all out by the ignorant insults. Say what you need to say without knocking the looks of other people. That's childish. Everyone has a right to go to the pool despite their looks. And if the dogs are taken care of it doesn't matter what size appartment it is. Get over your self and and grow up.
