I love DWC!
It's a great place to live. In three years, I haven't had one problem that was extraordinary. Yes, there have been a few things that need fixing, but the team here has been great. When I ask for something, it's done the next day. The team always waves when I see them, and have been nothing but friendly and professional.
A couple years ago, there were some issues with the facilities, but the management changed and now everything is A-Okay!
I started here as a college student, lived here as a professional, and now I am going to grad school. It's a great place to call home.

And as for the crime, don't blame management for that. That's a resident issue, and if you see something going down, you have the responsibility to alert the authorities. As for the litter, pick it up! DWC has been a great for me because my neighbors and I all take responsibility for our quality of life. If you are willing to do the same, you will love it here.

Isn't it funny how you can spot a management review? First off, it's always positive, and if you lived here you would know a real tenant would not rate this place positive. Secondly... and this is the big deal breaker for the management team...the last few positive ones have said, "Crime and litter is not the management's problem!"

What?! Your neighbors take responsibility for where they live?! I don't know where in the complex this person is supposed to live... mine dumped a bucket full of cigarette butts off their balcony onto the sidewalk. BS.
