The new management was a pain, especially -------, who promised to fix small things but never did.
When I moved out I got hit for a big bill for cleaning, $50 dollars for this, 25 for that, they charge over a $100 for a stain on the carpet, the carpets had to be at least 10 years old, they were old when i moved in....
So add a few hundred dollars to your cost of rent, they will charge you, even if your a clean quiet neighbor like i was

I appreciate EVERYTHING people have to say about the aprtments, good, bad, what you had to pay on move out or what have you. 2/28/09 You didn't create the site so you can't tell anyone how to word their rating. I feel sorry for whatever apartment complex you end up living in, I can see just from your response your a ----!!!

That is ridiculous and anyone is crazy for paying money for normal wear and tear its illegal and those fees would not have held up in court. A word of advice, educate yourself on your rights. Next time, take pictures upon move in, of everything, also do a written walk through with management and have it notarized. Then do the same upon move out. I'm not trying to be mean but only you can protect yourself and running an housing community is a business and you will be eaten if you don't learn how to stay out of the way of the sharks.
