The change in management has caused all sorts of problems, including shorter office hours (where they accept packages and take rent) and more unsavory characters living there. It is become more and more a student apartment. There is consturction behind the complex that is noisy and has taken about all the trees.
A couple of good things: gas fireplaces and gas stove. I was warm and could eat during the ice storm when the power was out for days.
