These apartments were great when I first moved in. The girl that rented the apartment to us was very helpful and very courteous. We had no problems. Then it began.

The first time I had to have some work done in my apartment, it was a mess. Maintenance left a mess behind. I let them know that I had my puppy out and they said that was not a problem. They went in and fixed the problem I was having with my garbage disposal. When I returned home, I entered my apartment only to find a bottle of poisonous liquid on my floor along with the kitchen cabinets wide open. Because of this I had to take my puppy to the vet because he had gotten poisoned by the bottle. He was vomiting all over the place. I notified the office and all the manager told me was 'Sorry to here that.' They did not offer to pay for the doctor visit or anything. Talk about some --------.

The lighting on the property sucks also. I do not feel safe walking my dog at night. It is very dark everywhere. The lights are very dim. And because of this two of my cars got broken into and everything stolen out of one of them. I brought this to the attention of management and suggested that maybe brighter lights should be put up. She responded by saying that it wouldn't make the apperance of the property look good. I understand that they cannot guarntee the security of the residents, but they can try to help prevent things like this happening. We have also been receiving notices from the office that there are peeping toms on the property and other people sitting outside around the property late at night.

When the ice storm hit in the beginning of this year, a tree fell down in one of the streets and it stayed there for at least 4 days. This meaning that it was very dangerous to drive there because you could not see if any one was coming from the other side. From that alone you could see how lazy and unprepared for the ice storm maintenance is.

If you would like to feel unsafe in your apartment and have crappy work done by maintenance in your apartment...this is the place for you.
