I agree with all the negative reviews posted so far. The maintenance staff is messy and slow to respond. For example, they moved out my washer and dryer to inspect the new water meter and didn't put them back, leaving me a nice mess to clean up when I got home. After the recent snow storm, they didn't plow or salt the drive, so it was very dangerous to try to get to work, even after the main roads were clear.

I think the worst part is the lack of safety and security. Car break-ins are frequent, and my husband was a victim as well. On top of that, our outside storage closet (on the first floor) was broken into TWICE. There are strange people just hanging out outside the buildings at all hours.

They also make a big deal of preserving the look of the complex, but people have sheets and blankets for curtains hanging, and the pool is disgusting!

There are also lots of kids around 3-13 in the complex, but there's no playground for them, so they run around the parking lots and get in the streets, which isn't very safe for them. There's not even a lawn large enough for them to play a game of catch. I wonder if they'd even try to explain that to potential tenents with children!'

Some of my neighbors are great, and I really like them, but if I knew then what I know now...
