This apartment looks great inside and the neighborhood does too, but once you move in, the fun is over. The noise is excessive at night. You can hear everyone's bass from their cars at night and the neighbors are not courteous either. I would hear Boom-boom from the music during the day and then late at night when certain neighbors would get home. I complained several times to the management and they wouldn't do anything. It's also pretty unsafe, in the year I stayed there, I was frequented with notices about car theft and peeping toms. They also sprung having to pay water and trash services on us well into the lease. All I can say is, I'm moving today and I'm never going back!
